Both online and in-person therapy offer meaningful, effective support—it’s really about what feels best and most accessible for you.
In-person sessions provide a dedicated space outside of your daily environment, which some people find grounding and helpful for creating emotional distance and focus.
For others, simply being in the same physical space can foster connection and a sense of safety.
Online sessions offer flexibility and convenience, especially if you’re navigating a busy schedule, living farther away, or feel more at ease in your own home. Many clients appreciate the comfort and accessibility of connecting from a familiar space.
Some people choose to stick with one format, while others prefer to blend both, depending on their needs and the week ahead.
If you're unsure which option is right for you, I’m happy to explore it with you—together, we’ll find a rhythm that supports your process.
