Fees & Insurance

Please note: All listed prices include VAT where applicable. In Denmark, most health-related services are exempt from standard sales tax. Some of our services may be eligible for reimbursement through private insurance—please confirm the details directly with your provider.

Cancellations:
We have a cancellation policy that all clients must review and agree to before beginning services.
This will be shared with you ahead of your first session:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, notify at least 12 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
This policy is in place to respect time boundaries — both mine and yours.

​​​​Insurance & Referrals:
I do not currently work with private insurance or “henvisning” (referral from a Danish doctor).
Sessions are paid privately.
If you have international insurance, we encourage you to check if they reimburse private therapy.​​

Private Insurance Coverage:
Many private insurance companies in Denmark do reimburse sessions with our licensed practitioners.
We encourage you to check directly with your insurance provider or contact us if you need support understanding their requirements.

Flexible Pricing:
I understand that financial situations vary — especially for those navigating transitions or working outside traditional employment structures.
If needed, I’m open to discussing a sliding scale or adjusted rate.

Payment Details:
Payment is due at the end of each session.
Both Stripe and bank transfers are accepted.
