Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
No two people — or couples, or families — are the same.
That’s why I offer a range of therapeutic services tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and pace.

Whether you're looking for personal healing, relational support, or professional reflection, you’ll find space here for presence, curiosity, and change.

How do I work?

I use methods like Gestalt, ACT, Schema Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing to tailor each session to your pace, needs, and goals.

As an English-speaking therapist in Copenhagen, I offer a confidential, supportive environment where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to reconnect with yourself.

Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface — with curiosity, not judgment.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed.

Trauma Counselling
Gentle support for healing what still hurts.

Trauma isn't always about one major event — it can also come from experiences that made you feel helpless, unseen, or overwhelmed over time.

Whether your trauma is related to childhood, relationships, identity, or transitions,
therapy can offer a safe and steady space for healing.

My approach to trauma counselling is gentle, body-aware,
and paced according to your capacity.
I integrate Somatic Experiencing, Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness
to help regulate the nervous system, reduce emotional overwhelm, and reconnect with inner safety and self-trust.

We don't rush.
We build safety first.
And we work together,
moment by moment
to meet what’s ready to be met.

Working with Adolescents
Supporting teens in a time of complexity, change, and growth.

Adolescence is a time of emotional intensity, identity formation, and growing independence — all of which can feel confusing or overwhelming
for the young person, and for those around them.

I offer therapy for adolescents (12+) who are experiencing:
-
Anxiety, stress, or social isolation
-
Emotional regulation struggles or impulsivity
-
Low self-worth or inner criticism
-
School pressure
-
Identity questions
-
Family conflict
-
Adjustment difficulties (e.g., expat teens, cultural change)
My work with adolescents is relational, respectful, and flexible
— always aimed at creating trust first.

I also support parents in better understanding their teens' needs and internal world when helpful.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can be our greatest source of support.
But when communication breaks down, emotions escalate, or distance grows,
it’s easy to feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.

Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect — not by pointing fingers or assigning blame, but by creating understanding, emotional safety, and new ways of relating.
As an English-speaking therapist experienced in working with international and intercultural couples, I understand how expat life can influence these relationships: identity shifts, cultural expectations, and the pressure of building a life far from familiar support systems.
Helping couples navigate connection, conflict and change.

Professional, confidential therapy — wherever you are.

Online therapy offers a flexible and effective way to access support.

I provide online sessions that are just as personal, grounded, and supportive

All you need is a stable internet connection, a quiet space, and the willingness to show up as you are.

Online therapy might be right for you if:

Supervision & professional support

Being seen and supported in English — by someone who gets the expat experience — can make a world of difference.
Many of my clients work with me fully online, and we've built deep, trusting relationships across time zones and cities.

Online therapy is not a lesser version — it’s a viable, effective, and empowering option for many.

Supervision
Support for professionals, therapists, coaches, and caregivers navigating complex roles and responsibilities.
Working in a helping profession — whether in mental health, social services, education, or leadership — comes with deep responsibility, emotional load, and often little space to pause and reflect.
Supervision offers that space.

I provide clinical supervision for therapists and practitioners who want to
deepen their work, explore blind spots, and stay connected to their own presence and boundaries.
Our focus is not only on casework, but also on how you are in the process.

Supervision can support you in:
-
Navigating complex client dynamics
-
Exploring transference, countertransference, and embodied responses
-
Preventing and addressing burnout
-
Staying grounded in your ethical and professional integrity
-
Growing your therapeutic identity

I also offer coaching for professionals outside of clinical fields — such as NGO workers, expat leaders, or coaches — who need reflective support, perspective, and tools for sustainable change.

Approach
My supervision style is relational, embodied, and spacious.
I draw from Gestalt, somatic work, and schema awareness
to help you see what’s emerging — both in the work and within yourself.

Coaching
Clarity, alignment, and practical tools for meaningful change.

Sometimes, what we need isn’t therapy — it’s focused, present-moment support to help us move forward with more clarity and intention.
Coaching is for those who are navigating transitions, decisions, or personal/professional goals — and want a space that brings both depth and direction.

Coaching may be right for you if you're:
-
Facing a career transition or decision
-
Feeling stuck in repetitive patterns but not in acute distress
-
Seeking more clarity around purpose, direction, or next steps
-
Working on boundaries, communication, or leadership
-
A helper, leader, or coach needing reflective support

What to expect:

My coaching style is warm, honest, and grounded in curiosity.

I bring together reflective presence with active tools from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
to support lasting change in how you think, choose, and act.

In coaching, we work with the "how":
how you relate to your thoughts, how you move through your day, how you hold internal conflicts.
Using NLP, we may explore the language and structure of your inner world
— uncovering limiting beliefs, shifting internal narratives,
and developing new ways of engaging with yourself and others.

Sessions are focused, collaborative, and action-oriented
— while still deeply respectful of your unique rhythm and emotional reality.
