This Friday, 25 September, We will be at International Citizen Days 2026 in Copenhagen, and we’re bringing a special giveaway with us.

Come and meet us at booth A25 between 12:00–16:00. This year, International Citizen Days places an extra focus on everyday life and local communities, supporting internationals not only in building a career in Denmark, but also in creating a sense of belonging and a long-term life here.

This focus resonates strongly with our work. Building a life in a new country is about more than work, it is also about relationships, community and wellbeing. At Growth Oasis, we support expats and internationals in navigating the personal and emotional challenges that can come with building a life abroad.

Win a free 50-minute therapy session

As part of the day, three participants will each have the chance to win a free 50-minute therapy session with Growth Oasis, available either in person or online.

Moving to another country can bring exciting opportunities, but also challenges that are not always visible from the outside. Adapting to a new culture, creating meaningful relationships, navigating work and personal life, or being far away from familiar support networks can sometimes feel overwhelming. These experiences may also bring periods of stress, loneliness, uncertainty or anxiety, and therapy can offer a space to explore and navigate them.

At Growth Oasis, we understand that international life can come with both rewarding experiences and difficult transitions. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect and talk openly about what you are experiencing, whether you are going through a specific challenge or simply want to understand yourself and your situation better.
